Hi All,

I have installed new engine on my car, from A4 - 1.8 Turbo AEB.
In order to make it work I used custom ECU that is not using the original electric installation.
This resulted with no values for the board computer on the dash board, since it is not wire anywhre.
Recently I saw one of your forum members (sagem20VT), that has installed the same engine on B4 Avant, however the dash is working just fine.

This means that he manged somehow to use or make some signal that goes to the dashboard and it shows all values for gas consuption etc.

I am wondering if anyone knows how I can deal with this issue or perhaps hook me with sagem20VT ?

did you contact with sagem?

Sagem had original ECU from AEB. This ecu have compatible with audi 80 bard computer consumpion signal. In newer vag ECUs (after 2000s) consumpion signal go throughg CAN and as i know there is no older analog consumpion signal.
