Audi 80 competition Slovenia is not giving up!
this is from a 2.0 20v engine (NM). it is not easy to fit it.
first cut the 5th pipe off
cut 2 flanges off, because they are turned the wrong way
one fits perfectly
one doesent, because of the different spacing between the flanges
so cut again, and make a new pipe from the 5th pipe that was cut away
that is how it should be
now the problem is the throttle
meanwhile, 16" avus and front anti roll bar sandblasted
now to the throttle: i took one from a 2.3 10v engine, has a much larger hole
and it is 2cm away from the manifold

A few questions about front wipers from an 2003 allroad, why from allroad? Are they diffrent from normal A6 C5(after facelift 2001→)? Logically thinking, the best should match those of the A4 B6/B7.

I would advise that completely cut the pipe 5 for under-pressure will do it and it will interfere with a flow of exhaust. (Removal of the tube and welded triangular blade)

everything fits plug and play, you only have to cut the passenger side wiper blade 5cm shorter.

the throttle from 2.3 10v is plug and play, you only have to cut the bracked of the connector away. the 2.3 10v has 2 switches, the ace has one box. but everything works perfectly. just install the 2.3 throttle, i have noticed a big improvement in hp and nm.
but of course i couldn`t fit the throttle without mods...
